What does it Take to become an ICT Student?

As I enter the door of the computer room of seniors which is headed by Mrs. Evelyn Vera Cruz, I was very nervous, I was like, Oh my! Am I really entering my last term of my computer subject?
At first, I was intimidated because we're having our hands on activities. Many activities were being done and as we go on, I got used to it.  Every activity is a new learning, a new lesson.  It is very fun  and exciting.  But you should listen to all the instructions and you have to understand and analyze everything to be able to make the activity in the right form.  Now, being attentive is one that is needed in ICT.  Learn to love what you're doing  and everything will be done perfectly. So if you fail to prepare, prepare to fail.

My Dream, My future

My dreams are my thoughts and pictures in my mind.  My ambition hopes and visions in my future life.
All my life, I always dreamed to be the person that my parents could be proud of. A person with pure dignity and clean heart which will help me to become a a better person.  I do believe in destiny because I also believe that it controls events that's why sometimes I rely my future with my destiny.  But as time pass by, I realized that we are the ones who are making our own future.  Dreams do come true.
The past is an experience, the present is an experiment, and the FUTURE  is an expectation.  So better use your experience in your experiment to meet your expectations.

Kannawidan: The Ylocos festival

Vigan City have been celebrating  the Ylocos festival called Kannawidan and it has been a tradition in the province.
Many activities are being done during the said celebration, one is the Ilocano talent search which Ilocanos always support because many of them are joining the talent search just to show what they've got.  Another is the trading of OTOPS of the different towns in the Ilocos sur province which is the center of attraction of the said festival.  Many people are visiting Vigan City to join and witness the celebration.  Kannawidan Festival is fun indeed.

New Year, New Me

The year of change has just started. farewell 2011, welcome 2012! It could be the start of something new.

I have just began in stepping on to the road of change. Change where I can do better, and road where i can travel to the future that awaits. It's always been good to have a new year's resolution but it's even better if you can make it come true. For me, new year means new life but it doesn't mean that we should forget the things that had happened in the past. Because past is a nice place to visit but certainly not a place to stay.
Forgive and forget. Give and take. Love and be loved. These are what the word change means for me. I have decided to look beyond the imperfections. Live life as it is. Go with the flow, enjoy and be happy. Be contented with what we have right now because the rest are on their way!

A Day To Remember

Christmas is a significant event in the life of the Church. It brings to mind the birth of our savior Jesus  Christ into the world not only to give us life but to teach us how to use that God-given life meaningfully.
This episode articulated the tremendous love which god  appropriates for his own people. Likewise,  the birth of our lord Jesus Christ inaugurated anew era in the history of mankind- an epoch where the values of the kingdom reign and the assurance of salvation resonates. It was so loud that it reveberated to all parts of the world trumpeting hope to the helpless,  freedom to those bondage,  and answer to those in deep quagmire of ignorance and confusion.
Today, as we await again the coming of Christ into our midst as the child,  what have we to offer? Can we think of how we can make his birthday meaningful and worth remembering? Some suggest grandiose festivities while others suggest simple gatherings with pure and clean hearts. Christmas is a day to remember primarily because of its significant place in the life and mission of the Church; that is to give birth to Jesus so that others may come to know and love him.
